TikTok’s job in the plan
Zero Fluff Marketing runs TikTok Ads for DTC ecommerce brands as part of one full-funnel plan. TikTok does two things for a DTC brand. It reaches new buyers, often younger and often people who are not seeing your Meta ads. And it is the fastest creative feedback loop in paid media: a hook that works on TikTok often works on Meta and YouTube too.
Creative built for the feed
Most brands that say “TikTok does not work for us” ran their Meta ads on TikTok. It does not translate. We brief native content: talking heads, demos, reactions, before and after, with the hook in the first two seconds and the product in the first five.
Creator and customer content runs as Spark Ads where possible, so the ad lives on a real account and picks up its engagement.
Testing and scaling
New creative goes into a testing campaign with clear rules for what graduates. We read hook rate (did they stop?), hold rate (did they stay?) and new customer CAC (did they buy?). Winners scale; losers get cut within a week.
Measuring it fairly
TikTok’s own reporting misses a lot of the sales it drives, because people watch on TikTok and buy later through Google or a direct visit. So we read TikTok on blended results (why that matters): new customer CAC across the business, branded search lift, and post-purchase survey answers. When the numbers are close, a geo holdout settles it.
